Maya Lavid is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources management and organizational development. Currently serving as an HR Manager at Amdocs since December 2021, Maya previously held the same position at Cellcom from August 2020 to September 2021 and worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Strauss Group from July 2016 to June 2020. Earlier in their career, Maya contributed to the company החב×Øה המ×Øכזי×Ŗ למכי×Øו×Ŗ ולהפצה in an HR role from May 2009 to August 2015. Academically, Maya holds a Master's degree in Organizational Consultation and Development from המכללה למנהל ×Øאשון לציון and a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) in Organizational Consultation and Development, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work, both from Tel Aviv University.
