Deb Shalom has worked in the recruiting and talent acquisition field for over 15 years. Deb began their career in 2005 as an IT Recruiter at Clovis Group. Deb then worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager and Sr. Corporate Recruiter at Jacobs from 2007 to 2012. In 2012, they moved to Windsor Hills Associates, LLC as a Talent Acquisition Consultant. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Hendall Inc. (Alta IT Services) as Director of Recruiting, and at AMDEX Corp as a Consultant / Contractor. In 2020, they were Director of Recruiting and Communications at Pernix Consulting LLC, and in 2021 they were Director of Talent Acquisition at TSM Solutions, Inc. Currently, Deb is the Director of Recruiting at AMDEX Corp.

Deb Shalom earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Radio, TV and Film from the University of Maryland.
