Rachel Cullen is currently the Head of Technical Customer Support at AMCS Group. Prior to this role, Rachel held various positions at Egenera, including Operations Manager EMEIA, Technical Support Manager EMEIA, Senior Technical Support Engineer, and Technical Service Engineer. Rachel also has experience as an IS Team Leader/Senior Systems Administrator at Thomson Financial, Senior Systems Administrator at Marconi, and Systems Engineer at Hewlett-Packard. Rachel holds a BAI in Computer Engineering from Trinity College Dublin and a Master of Science in Computing (First Class Honours) in Security and Digital Forensics from Limerick Institute of Technology.
