Melina Phillips is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Amcor since August 2023, Melina previously held the position of Assistant Manager of Human Resources at ADVICS Manufacturing Indiana, L.L.C. from December 2020 to March 2023, where responsibilities included team development and engagement initiatives.
