Matthew Simons is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in leadership development, engagement, and strategic HR management. Currently serving as Senior HR Manager for Global Functions & Projects at Amcor since April 2021, Matthew has previously held key roles such as Leadership Development and Engagement Manager at Sun Chemical and Regional HR Manager at GIST. Additional experience includes HR managerial positions at The Co-operative Group and Reliance Security Services Ltd. Matthew holds an MA in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from the University of the West of England, along with foundational education from King Edward VI College and Blue Coat CE School.
