Crystal Kominski currently serves as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at AMC Health, a position held since June 2023. Previously, Crystal was the VP of Sales and Growth at Wellth from January 2022 to January 2023 and the Regional Director of Sales for North Carolina at Alignment Healthcare from September 2021 to January 2022. Additional experience includes roles as Manager of Medicare Sales at Geisinger Health Plan, Broker Manager at UPMC Health Plan, and Channel Sales Manager at Highmark Inc., where Crystal also functioned as an Individual Sales Representative. Crystal began their career as a Property & Casualty Insurance Agent at Olsommer-Clarke Insurance Group, later continuing in a similar role at A.J. Lupas Insurance.
