Nicky Walker currently serves as an HR Senior Associate (Recruitment and Projects) at Ambition Institute since August 2023. Prior to this role, Nicky worked as a Recruitment Specialist while taking a break since September 2021 and held the position of Recruitment Team Leader at Nacro from May 2021 to September 2021, where notable achievements included overseeing the managed service provider for temporary staff and enhancing the applicant tracking system. Nicky also executed a recruitment project for the Design Council through Prospectus in early 2021 and contributed as a Recruitment Specialist at Plan International from October 2019 to December 2020, successfully recruiting across various levels and updating recruitment policies. Additional experience includes serving as a Resourcing Advisor at the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency and as an HR Assistant and Recruitment Advisor at ABRSM. Nicky Walker holds an MA in English from Queen Mary University of London.
