Ozgecan Uluscu has extensive work experience in various companies and industries. They most recently worked at Ambit Inc as the Head of Digital Transformation starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they held a role at GSK as Senior Director of Data Analytics Products and Solutions from July 2021 to September 2022.

Before their time at GSK, Uluscu worked at UCB, starting as the Director and later becoming the Senior Director of Systems and Information Management from January 2016 to December 2020. They also held the position of Senior Director and Head of Digital Evolution from December 2020 to June 2021.

Uluscu began their career at Charles River Associates, formerly C1 Consulting, where they gained experience in analytics. They held various roles including Consultant, Senior Consultant, Manager, and Senior Manager from March 2008 to March 2013.

Prior to their career at Charles River Associates, Uluscu also worked at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies (U.S.) as a Senior Manager of Commercial Strategy and Business Analytics and later as the Director of the same department from March 2013 to January 2016.

Ozgecan Uluscu completed a Ph.D. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Rutgers University from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained an M.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Rutgers University between 2002 and 2004. Their undergraduate studies were pursued at Galatasaray Ãœniversitesi, where they obtained a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from 1998 to 2002. Additionally, they obtained two certifications: "The Near Future of Data & AI Online" from The Innovation Community in February 2021, and "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" from LinkedIn in January 2021.
