James Kozo is an experienced Information Technology professional with a strong background in managing technology infrastructure and systems across retail environments. Currently serving as the Information Technology Infrastructure Manager at Ambient Enterprises since September 2023, James previously held the role of Director of Store Services at Bed Bath & Beyond from October 2018 to August 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing technology support for over 950 stores in North America. James has also worked as a Senior Consultant at Boston Retail Partners, specializing in POS hardware and software solutions, and as the Director of Retail Systems at Jos. A. Bank Clothiers, where management of retail computer systems for 650 stores was key. Earlier experience includes roles at Mid Atlantic Fasteners as IT Manager and The Driggs Company, LLC as Data Processing Manager. James holds education from the University of Maryland from 1980 to 1982.
