Jason Stinson has over 10 years of professional experience in the software engineering field. In 2009, they began their career as a Software Engineer Intern at Wagner Information Systems, Inc. where they developed a .NET 4.0 web data management system. In 2012, they worked as an IT Intern at MJ Peterson and as a Software Engineer at Wagner Information Systems, Inc. where they refactored existing codebase and converted applications to an MVC (Model, View, Controller) architecture. Jason then worked as a Software Engineer at ac2 Solutions where they increased page load time by 40% and refactored codebase for an existing module. Following that, they worked as a Front-End Engineer at 1stdibs.com where they improved code quality of buyer order manager and increased conversions by adding ā€œNet Pricesā€ to search and browse page. In 2017, they joined Atlassian as a Senior Frontend Engineer where they feature led various features from small additions to large multi-month company initiatives and advocated for their team to adopt a new tech stack. In 2021, they joined Rex as a Senior Frontend Engineer where they prototyped a new camera experience, laid out the foundation and architecture for new web apps, and created a GraphQL Service Layer. Jason is currently working as a Senior Frontend Engineer at Ambient.ai.

Jason Stinson attended Newburgh Free Academy from 2004 to 2008. Jason then went on to earn a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University at Buffalo between 2008 and 2012.
