Filipe Pedreira began their work experience in 2009 as an intern at Prosper CVC and Banco Prosper. In 2010, they interned at Gafisa. From 2012 onwards, they joined Ambev, starting as a Global Management Trainee and progressively taking on roles such as Sales Manager, Regional Pricing Specialist, Corporate Pricing Specialist, Commercial Manager, Corporate Planning & Performance Manager, Commercial Director, and currently serves as the Revenue Management Director.

Filipe Pedreira attended Instituto Militar de Engenharia from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a degree in Civil Engineering. Filipe later pursued a Master's degree in Business Sales and Logistics at Fundação Dom Cabral from 2017 to 2018.
