Shirish Netke has held a variety of positions in the technology sector since 1990. Shirish began their career at Sun Microsystems Inc. as a Director. In 2003, they took on the role of President at Aztec Software Inc., an e4e company acquired by MindTree. Shirish then became President of Absolute Quality, an e4e company acquired by Poletowin Pitcrew Holdings Inc., in 2007. In 2009, they took on the role of CEO Microland Inc. and EVP North America at Microland Ltd. In 2010, they became EVP - Business Analytics Solutions at Saama Technologies. In 2012, they became the CEO of CarpeDatumRx. Most recently, in 2016, they became CEO and President of Amberoon Inc., a company that develops state-of-the art compliance, performance enhancement and privacy management solutions for banks and credit unions.

Shirish Netke earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. Shirish then went on to pursue an MBA from the University of Rochester. In March 2021, they obtained a Techsprint on Digital Regulatory Reporting certification from the CSBS Education Foundation.
