Marcus Tscherner is a project manager at AMBERO Consulting GmbH, focusing on Good Governance and Civil Society, with expertise in public administration reform, rule of law, land rights, and rural development in Sub-Saharan and Northern Africa and South-East Europe. Previous experience includes research on economic development in state-dominant societies at FernUni Hagen, consulting on climate change policy and environmental impacts with adelphi, and contributions to various research and project management roles in the fields of public governance and climate change.
