Roger Thompson currently serves as a Strategic Pharmacy Analyst and Pharmacy Contract Coordinator at Amber Specialty Pharmacy, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this role, Roger was the Pharmacy Operations Director for eight independent pharmacies from May 2018 to May 2023, where responsibilities encompassed human resources, IT, contract execution and negotiations, business strategy and development, and collaboration with public health initiatives. Roger is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Biology, with a minor in Business and Psychology, at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, expected to be completed in May 2025, and holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Science from Eastern Iowa Community College.
