Edgardo Manriquez has extensive work experience in quality management and executive roles in various automotive companies. Edgardo was most recently the Executive Managing Director at AMBE Engineering Brazil and previously held the position of Senior Quality Expert at the same company. Prior to this, they worked at CNH Industrial as the Quality Director Latam, responsible for quality management in multiple plants and product launches. Edgardo was also a member of the Quality Committee of ANFAVEA. Earlier in their career, they held senior management positions at Mercedes Benz do Brasil, Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation, DaimlerChrysler China, and Daimler-Hyundai Truck Corporation.

Edgardo Manriquez obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Industrial Production Technologies/Technicians from Universidade Santa Úrsula, where they studied from 1976 to 1981. Edgardo then pursued a Master's degree in Material Science Engineering at Instituto Militar de Engenharia from 1982 to 1984. Following that, they completed a Quality Engineering specialization in the field of Quality Assurance at USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 1987 to 1988.
