Eric Vinot has extensive experience in operational management within the mining and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Surintendant opérations HPAL at Ambatovy Joint-Venture since January 2019, Eric has also held managerial positions at ARCELOR MITTAL and Vale, where responsibilities included overseeing various operational aspects. Earlier in their career, Eric worked as Responsable Fabrication at Salins and as Chef d'équipe at Michelin, demonstrating a strong foundation in team leadership and production management. Eric holds a Diplome Universitaire de Technologie in Génie chimique from the Institut Universitaire de Technologie, earned between 1982 and 1984.
