David Gilbert is an experienced Engineering Manager at Ambassador Theatre Group since March 2015, overseeing the development of internal ticketing platforms and previously holding roles such as Principal Engineer and Head of System Development. Prior to this, David served as Head of IT at The Ticket Machine Group from March 2011 to March 2015, where significant upgrades to the web ticketing platform were achieved within 12 months. David's career began at TicketSwitch as General Manager from March 2008 to March 2011, focusing on platform development and staff management. David holds a Bachelor in Information Technology from the University of Southern Queensland and completed education at Dalby State High School from 1980 to 1985.
