Hercules Bontzolakes has held various technology-related positions during their career. Hercules began at The Princeton Review in 2000 as a Lead Developer in Information Technology. Hercules then transitioned to become the Director and later the Associate Vice President of Information Technology. In 2008, they moved to Strike Interactive where they served as the Chief Technology Officer. Finally, in 2009, they joined Ambassador Education Solutions as the Vice President of Technology, and later became the Chief Technology Officer.

Hercules Bontzolakes pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Information & Technology from Iona University. Hercules also holds the certification of MCP Certified, although the details regarding the institution and date of obtaining the certification are unknown.
