Kenneth Dobson, MPPA has a diverse and extensive work experience. Kenneth currently serves as the Vice President at the Detroit International Bridge Co. Prior to this, they worked as the American Rescue Plan - Director at Oakland County, Michigan Government. Dobson also held the position of Sr. Director of Government Affairs at Meridian, where they were responsible for legislative advocacy and policy direction. Kenneth has also worked as the Vice President of Government & External Affairs at the Wayne County Airport Authority, as well as the Director of Government Relations. Additionally, Dobson has served as the Executive Director of Government and Community Relations at Eastern Michigan University and as the Director of Governmental Relations at the Ambassador Bridge Company. Kenneth started their career in the United States House of Representatives as the District Appropriations Director and also worked as a Sr. Policy Analyst at the Detroit City Council.
Kenneth Dobson holds a Master's degree in Public Policy and Public Administration from Northwestern University. Kenneth also has a Certificate in Minority Program in Real Estate Finance & Development from the University of Southern California. Additionally, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Eastern Michigan University. Kenneth completed their college preparatory education at Benedictine High School.
