Cecelia Puglio has a strong background in the insurance industry, with extensive experience in operations, underwriting, compliance, and IT strategy. Cecelia currently holds the position of First Vice President and Director of Program Operations at Ambac since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Vantage Risk Companies as the Chief Operations Officer - SVP from December 2020 to January 2022, where they played a key role in launching multiple underwriting units and implementing an Insurance Technology Platform. Before that, they spent a significant portion of their career at ProSight Specialty Insurance, where they held various roles including Vice President - Underwriting Process Compliance and Chief Business Architect. At ProSight, they managed underwriting compliance and led the implementation of new insurance processing systems. Cecelia also worked at Chubb Insurance for a substantial period, serving as AVP - Claim IT Solutions Department Manager, where they led and managed various business analysis and claims services teams.

Cecelia Puglio has an MBA in Management Information Systems (MIS) from Seton Hall University. Cecelia also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Montclair State University. In addition to their degrees, Cecelia has obtained several certifications. In 2007, they became a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI). Cecelia also earned the title of Human Capital Strategist from the Human Capital Institute in July 2008. More recently, in September 2018, Cecelia obtained certification from the Securities and Insurance Licensing Association (SILA).
