Eileen Mahoney Philbin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and marketing leadership across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Business Development & Carrier Relations at AMBA since September 2018, Eileen focuses on developing and distributing insurance and non-insurance products for affinity groups. As Executive Director of the American Senior Benefits Association since February 2007, Eileen has successfully led the organization through significant restructuring and rebranding efforts while overseeing operations that benefit Americans aged 50 and up. Previous roles include strategic leadership positions at Discover Financial Services, where Eileen managed partnership programs and consumer product integration, as well as marketing leadership at JP Morgan Chase and Zurich Life. Eileen's educational background includes studies at Northern Illinois University.
