Zain Jinnah currently serves as Counsel at Supernal, a subsidiary of Hyundai Motor Group, since 2020, specializing in the development of electric-powered flying vehicles and related technology. Responsibilities include advising on various legal matters such as commercial agreements, data privacy, employment, antitrust, and corporate governance. Prior experience includes a role as an Associate at White & Case LLP from 2015 to 2020, where Zain represented multinational corporations and sovereign governments in complex international law disputes, including cases valued up to $50 billion. A brief tenure as a Summer Associate at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP in 2014 involved practicing Canadian litigation and international arbitration. Zain began a legal career as an intern at the United Nations in 2013, focusing on post-conflict institution building. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School, a Master of Public Policy from the University of Oxford, and a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction in International Relations & Political Science from the University of Calgary.
