Amandeep Chauhan is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, risk management, and compliance across multiple sectors, including technology and defense. Currently serving as the Head of Global HR Risk and Compliance for Time and Attendance at Amazon since April 2021, Amandeep focuses on ensuring compliance with HRM and labor regulations globally. Previous roles include leading risk and compliance programs for Amazon Transportation Businesses, managing strategic defense production at 515 Army Base, directing projects for the United Nations in the Middle East, and serving in various capacities within the Indian Army. Amandeep holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, an M Tech in Computer Technology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, a B Tech in Electronics from Jawaharlal Nehru University, and a Diploma in Junior Defence Management from Rani Durgavati University.
