Tina Marfo is an experienced HR and talent advisory professional with a focus on strategic human resources management across diverse industries. Currently serving as an EMEA HR/Talent Advisory Consultant at Amazon since March 2022, Tina delivers strategic HR and talent advisory services aimed at attracting and developing top-tier talent. Prior to this role, Tina held various leadership positions at HSBC from June 2006 to March 2022, including Group Talent Programme Manager and People Transformation and Change Management Lead, where significant talent management initiatives were implemented. Earlier career experiences include roles at Vectone and Core Recruitment Ltd. Tina holds two Master of Science degrees in Human Resources Management and Organisational Development from King's College London and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from London Metropolitan University.
