Sreyoshi Bhaduri, Ph.D., is a Senior Research Scientist at Amazon, leading the development of AI and Machine Learning products for global employees while focusing on responsible innovation and enhancing employee experiences. Bhaduri is an active member of the Society of Women Engineers' Nominating Committee and serves as a Senator for Virginia Tech Engineering Education. Additionally, Bhaduri is an Advisory Board Member for the Aula Fellowship on AI Research and Policy, connecting with a global network for AI policy and research. With prior experience as Manager of Data Science at McGraw Hill and a background in engineering education and product design, Bhaduri has a diverse skill set that includes applied statistics and natural language processing. Bhaduri's academic credentials include multiple degrees from Virginia Tech, complemented by a diploma in Human Rights and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering.
