Satrio Wicaksono is an experienced logistics and operations professional currently serving as a Network Manager in the Amazon Transportation Service's Network Planning team, focusing on intra-year optimization for Amazon EU's middle-mile network since September 2022. Prior to this role, Satrio held key positions at Ula as Head of Planning and Senior Operations Planning Manager, where responsibilities included supporting business growth and developing infrastructure from the ground up. Satrio also served as Operations Excellence & Programs Manager at QRIM Express, leading a team in quality assurance, process improvement, and capacity ramp-up for sorting centers. Earlier career experiences include roles at Royal FloraHolland, Lazada Group, DHL Supply Chain Indonesia, and Toyota Motor Corporation, where Satrio gained valuable insights into logistics processes, inventory management, and operational excellence. Satrio holds a Master of Science degree in Transport, Infrastructure & Logistics from Delft University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Indonesia.
