Sameer K. currently serves as the Head of Product for HR AI and Data Infrastructure at Amazon since 2024, leading product and program management teams within Amazon's worldwide human resources central science team. Previously, Sameer held multiple leadership roles at Amazon Lab126 from 2020 to 2024, overseeing product management for Smart Home products on the Alexa App, Amazon Map View, and Ring's Virtual Security Guard. As an advisor at Entytle, Inc. from 2020 to 2022, Sameer provided insights for a B2B recurring revenue platform. As the Founder and VP of Product at Element from 2015 to 2021, Sameer developed knowledge graph software for the industrial sector. Earlier experiences include entrepreneurial roles at Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and Apcera, as well as consulting at Deloitte and a position as a Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Sameer holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
