Marc Greenberg is an accomplished UX designer and product leader with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Principal UX Designer at Amazon, Marc focuses on integrating AI with e-commerce and consumer electronics. Previous roles include UX Lead at Serve Robotics, where Marc continued work from Postmates X, and Product & UX Lead at Postmates Inc., overseeing the design of a semi-autonomous sidewalk delivery robot. Earlier, Marc held leadership positions at Open Garden Inc., TubeMogul, Inc., Frankly Chat, Embly, and Viacom, driving innovations in user experience across various platforms. Marc holds an MS in Internet Engineering from the University of San Francisco and a BA in Philosophy in Cognitive and Computer Sciences from Binghamton University.
