Janet Menzies is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Asia Pacific Stores at Amazon, Janet has also held positions as Country Manager and Director, Category Leader. Previously, Janet was the Chief Executive Officer at Champions of Change Coalition and has been a Board Member since 2017, serving as Chair from 2020 to 2024. Additionally, Janet worked as General Manager for Australia and New Zealand at Cochlear and as Co-Founder and Chair of Heads Over Heels. Janet's career began at McKinsey & Company as a Management Consultant and later as a People Operations Officer. Academic credentials include an M.B.A. in General Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BComm (Honours) in Marketing from The University of British Columbia.
