Jaishree Vijayaragavan is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations. With earlier positions as a Talent Sourcing Specialist in experienced hire and leadership recruitment at Mindtree and a Talent Acquisition Specialist at KALPATHARU SOFTWARE LIMITED, Jaishree has developed a strong skill set in candidate sourcing, interview processes, and cost-effective recruitment strategies.
