Harshil Sukhadia is an accomplished professional with a strong background in operations management and program execution. Currently serving as Manager for Grocery-SSD Delivery and Amazon Fresh Grocery Delivery Execution at Amazon since May 2021, Harshil oversees post-order customer experience and last mile cost per delivery. Previously, as Sr. Program Manager for Global Speciality Fulfillment, focus was on delivery quality and operational excellence. Harshil spent over six years at Cummins Inc., where significant contributions included roles in Operations Excellence, leading training and improvement teams, and serving as a Manufacturing Engineer. Harshil holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical and Manufacturing Systems Integration and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, both from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
