Gianna Pancini Fitzek is an experienced real estate professional with a focus on logistics and facility management. Currently serving as the Head of Amazon Logistics Real Estate for Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, and new countries since January 2020, Gianna has been instrumental in the development and expansion of Amazon's operational network through effective negotiations with various stakeholders. Prior to Amazon, Gianna worked at CBRE, holding roles that included Senior Consultant and Investment Consultant, where responsibilities encompassed sales, leasing, and acquisition of logistics real estate across key German markets. Gianna's educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Real Estate and Facility Management from the University of Applied Sciences Muenster, supplemented by a mentoring program at ImmoEBS.
