Felix Klock is a seasoned software engineer currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at Amazon since October 2020, and a Rust Compiler Developer at pnkfx.org since June 2013. Previously, Felix held the position of Research Engineer at Mozilla from November 2012 to August 2020, focusing on the Rust compiler, and worked as a Computer Scientist at Adobe from March 2010 to September 2012, specializing in virtual machine engineering and memory management. Early in the career, Felix gained experience as a Software Development Engineer at Green Hills Software from August 2001 to February 2003, where responsibilities included ARM compiler development and static analysis. Felix holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Northeastern University and a degree in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
