Bob Bowen is the current head of Worldwide Music at Amazon Studios. Prior to this, they served as President of Music at Relativity Media from February 2011 to October 2015. In this role, Bowen was responsible for the overall creative direction, strategic development, and implementation of Relativity's music initiatives. This included overseeing the department's administrative and day-to-day business functions, as well as creative, production, and management of Relativity's film music. Bob also oversaw the company's record label, Relativity Music Group.
As President of Music, Bowen was responsible for the music production on some of Relativity's most successful films, including Immortals and Mirror Mirror. Bob also oversaw the production of original music, such as the Golden Globe-nominated "For You" by Keith Urban and the Grammy-nominated "We Both Know" by Colbie Caillat and Gavin DeGraw. In total, they have overseen the production and release of over 25 soundtracks.
