Arvind Rajamani is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as a Recruitment Manager for Amazon in the MENA and Consumer Tech regions since May 2021, Arvind previously held various leadership roles at Shell from October 2012 to May 2021, including Head of Recruitment for the Shell IT Hub where Arvind established a robust Tech hub and led workforce planning initiatives. Earlier career experience includes positions at Randstad India and Firepro Systems, focusing on executive search and talent management. Arvind holds a Master's degree in International Human Resource Management from The University of Manchester, an MBA in Business Economics from Wigan & Leigh College, and a Bachelor's degree in Law & Accounts from PSG Arts & Science.
