Abhinav Sharma is a Principal Data Scientist - Manager at Whole Foods Market, overseeing multiple machine learning and productized projects related to Finance, Real Estate, Macrospace, and Assortment since June 2022. Previously, Abhinav held roles as a Data Scientist - Capstone at Southwest Airlines and as a Data Science Consultant at GE, focusing on sustainability and environmental innovation. Abhinav began as an Associate Consultant and later as an Associate in ZS' Advanced Data Science team, where responsibilities included leading project design, direct communication with stakeholders, and developing machine learning models. Abhinav's early experience includes a Data Science internship at 64squares Pvt Ltd, enhancing recommendation systems for an e-commerce client. Abhinav holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from Texas McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor of Technology with honors in Instrumentation Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
