Abhijit Baliga is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in production management, continuous galvanizing lines, and project implementation. Currently at Amazon since April 2019, Abhijit previously led the production department at ITC Limited, managing 130 employees and 500 contract laborers while achieving significant yield improvements and driving process enhancements. At Tata Steel, Abhijit held various roles, including Senior Manager for Continuous Galvanizing Lines, where management of 700 SKUs and strategic planning were key responsibilities.
