Joseph Bbirikadde has extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Joseph is currently serving as an Operations Manager at Amazima Ministries International since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at SolarNow BV where they held multiple roles including Head of Facilities and Administration for Uganda and Kenya, Facilities and Administration Manager, and Facilities Manager. In these positions, they focused on ensuring safe and efficient facilities and played a key role in expanding the branch network.

Additionally, they held the position of President at AIESEC Makerere University Business School.

Joseph Bbirikadde pursued their education at Makerere University from 2005 to 2009. Joseph completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, with a major in Marketing. Following this, from 2015 to 2023, Joseph attended Uganda Martyrs University. Joseph pursued a Master of Research and Public Policy (MRPP) degree, specializing in Public Policy Analysis. In addition to their academic qualifications, in May 2014, Joseph obtained a certification in Project Management (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
