Stuart Walker has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Stuart has held various roles in different companies and industries. Stuart began their career as a Senior Web Designer at Getty Images in 1997, where they specialized in creative imagery and stylized digital content. Stuart then transitioned to MailOnline in 1999, working as a Senior Lead FE Designer/Developer for the UK's most-read newspapers and the world's most-visited English language newspaper website. In 2004, Stuart joined situp.tv as a Web Design Manager, responsible for managing web design projects. From 2005 to 2011, they worked at IHS Jane's as a Senior Lead UX Designer, ensuring user experience excellence. Stuart then moved to Accenture in 2011 as a UXD Manager on a contract basis. The same year, they also joined Optus as a UXD Manager, and they stayed with the company until 2014. In their role, Stuart led user experience and design initiatives. From 2014 to 2015, they worked at Commonwealth Bank as an Executive Manager, leading the CX and Design efforts for various business divisions. Stuart then joined ING Australia in 2018 as the Head of Customer Experience & Design, responsible for enhancing customer experience. Most recently, Stuart served as the Head of CX Design at amaysim starting in 2019. Throughout their career, Stuart has displayed expertise in customer experience, design, and user experience, bringing innovation and collaboration to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Stuart Walker has a Joint BA Hons. in Informatics & Business Management from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, which they obtained from 1996 to 1997. Prior to that, they completed a HND in Media & Design with a specialization in Animation, Photography, Interactive Technology, Video Graphics, and Special Effects at Carmarthan College of Art & Design from 1994 to 1996. Additionally, they hold a certification as an ICAgile Certified Professional from ICAgile, obtained in 2014.
