Moises Portillo has over ten years of experience in logistics and customer service within the shipping and international trade sectors. Currently serving as a Logistics Coordinator at A Mark Precious Metals since May 2013, Moises is responsible for routing significant Gold and Silver shipments from the United States Mint to designated vaults, while coordinating air and ground freight shipments to various customers. Prior to this, Moises worked at Koi Design LLC as an International Customer Service Representative, managing international purchase orders, providing support in English and Spanish, and developing new accounts. Earlier experience includes a role at Michelle Jonas Designs, where Moises supervised shipping and receiving operations, processed orders, and ensured high levels of customer satisfaction.
