Benjamin K. has a diverse work experience starting in 2014. From 2014 to 2018, they worked as a Test/Exam Marker at the University of Canterbury and as a Consultant at 180 Degrees Consulting. In 2017, they joined Wkv Group as a Management Trainee, where they managed stakeholders for company IPO preparations, conducted legal due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, provided market research for expansion into the Solar Industry, and collaborated on change management. In 2018, they joined Amaris.AI Pte Ltd, first as a Product Manager, responsible for product and solution development, and then as Director of Business Development, involved in consultancy, public relations, corporate business strategy, and business development activities such as managing project bids, product pricing, and investor relations.

Benjamin K. completed their education from 2011 to 2015 at the University of Canterbury, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree with a specialization in Management and Marketing. In addition to their formal education, Benjamin also obtained a certification as a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) in January 2019 from the Scrum Alliance.
