Carla Gustafson is an experienced safety and health professional currently serving as a Senior HSE Manager at Jacam Catalyst and a Wellness Partner at Amare Global. With a strong background in safety management, Carla previously held roles such as Director of Field Safety and Regional Safety Manager at Jacam Chemicals and Jacam-Catalyst. Carla’s experience includes coordinating safety training programs and incident investigations, along with overseeing safety operations at Hutchinson Community College as Safety Academy Coordinator and MSHA Trainer. Carla holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Veterinary/Animal Health Technology from Omaha College of Health Careers and was valedictorian at Lyons High School.
