Gerrit Scholz is a seasoned professional with a strong background in dental technology and material sciences. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Strategy & Transformation and Senior Manager for Additive Manufacturing R&D at Amann Girrbach since March 2016, Gerrit has extensive experience in 3D printing, PMMA-based dental materials, project management, validation, verification, and technical documentation. Previous roles at Amann Girrbach include R&D Development Engineer and R&D Application Engineer focused on digitalization and CAD/CAM systems. Gerrit has also contributed to projects at Noctua GmbH and Hochschule Osnabrück, where responsibilities included technical documentation and public relations. Gerrit holds a Master of Science in Applied Materials Science and a Bachelor of Science in Dental Technology from Hochschule Osnabrück, alongside a vocational qualification in dental technology from VierQ AG Dentaltechnik.
