Matthew Smith has a diverse work experience in various industries. Matthew started their career as a General Manager at Dealer Fusion in 2002, where they developed operating procedures, hired and trained staff, and focused on customer service. Matthew then became an Account Manager at Dealer Fusion, acquiring new business and maintaining customer relationships. Later, they worked as a Regional Account Manager at BZ Results/ADP Dealer Services, Inc, acquiring new business and developing sales strategies. From 2009 to 2011, they served as a Marketing Representative at Vitas Healthcare. Matthew then worked at Alta Home Care, first as an Area Manager and then as the President, where they developed marketing solutions and established new referral sources. After that, they worked as a Market Manager at Kindred Healthcare and as a Consultant at HomeHero. Matthew then joined Compassus as a Hospice Care Consultant and later became the Director of Sales. Currently, they are the Vice President of Training and Support at Amada Senior Care.
Matthew Smith attended Biola University from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public and Interpersonal Communication. Matthew also holds a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) certification obtained from the Society of Certified Senior Advisors in September 2023.
