Joyce Thomas has a diverse work experience spanning from 1995 to the present. Joyce is currently working as the Director of Finance at Amada Senior Care since November 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at Unisys from 1999 to 2022, including Operations Manager, Program Manager, Program Executive, and Bid Manager. Before joining Unisys, Joyce served in the United States Air Force as the Director of Information Systems for Financial Management from 1995 to 1999.

Joyce Thomas completed their undergraduate studies at Troy University in Montgomery from 1985 to 1988, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Joyce later pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Project Management at Columbia Southern University.
