Jenna Armato is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in advertising, marketing, and leadership development. As CEO of Armato & Associates Training and Development since January 2018, Jenna specializes in coaching and training focused on resilient leadership and personal growth, leveraging a rich background in the non-profit sector. Additionally, Jenna serves as the Executive Director of the Philadelphia Chapter of the American Marketing Association, where strategic guidance and member engagement are prioritized. Previously, Jenna held various roles, including Marketing Specialist at PROCONEX, where marketing strategies were developed to ensure business growth in the industrial manufacturing sector, and Account Manager at GA Communications, managing large accounts and enhancing client relationships. Jenna earned a BS in Business Administration with a double major in Marketing and Advertising from Rider University.
