Kristin Simon, MBA, PCC, is a seasoned career coach with extensive experience in human resources and leadership development. Currently, Kristin Simon serves as a Career Coach at Kristin Simon Coaching since July 2024 and as a Career and Leadership Coach at Ama La Vida since December 2021. Prior roles include Senior HR Business Partner and HR Business Partner at TD Ameritrade from November 2016 to October 2021, and Senior Human Resources Specialist at Unilever Food Solutions from January 2013 to October 2016. Kristin Simon began a career in human resources at Electro-Motive Diesel as an HR Coordinator from May 2010 to December 2012 and held progressive management roles at Nordstrom from June 2003 to February 2008. Kristin Simon holds an MBA in Human Resources from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan. Coaching education was completed at iPEC Coaching from 2020 to 2021.
