Sarah Heal currently serves as the Business Manager for Research and Influencing at Alzheimer's Society, focusing on enhancing leadership and program delivery in alignment with the Help and Hope Strategy while engaging stakeholders to advance the organization's mission for those affected by dementia. Previous experience includes nearly a decade at the University of East Anglia as Faculty Manager, where strategic performance targets and operational plans were developed. Sarah also held the role of Business Manager at Notre Dame High School Norwich, leading staff development and financial project management, alongside a career spanning diverse financial roles at HSBC, ICI, and as a School Bursar. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from The University of Manchester and multiple qualifications in School Business Management from the National College for Teaching and Leadership.
