Shanice D. is currently serving as the National Program Coordinator at the Alzheimer's Foundation of America since July 2023, focusing on engaging and recruiting memory screening sites while developing promotional materials for community events. Previous experience includes roles at Montefiore Health System as a Secretary, where responsibilities centered on administrative support in the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department, and at Rezolut as a Scheduler, managing appointment bookings. Shanice also worked as an Administrative Assistant at Regional Neurological Associates, PC, training new associates and supporting billing and insurance tasks. Earlier experience includes a Medical Receptionist position at New Life Obstetrics/Gynecology, handling appointment scheduling and insurance verification. Shanice D. is pursuing further education at the CUNY School of Professional Studies and holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from CUNY Bronx Community College.
