Marek Šipka has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Marek began their career as a Montér ocelových konstrukcí at Neumont s.r.o. from July 1991 to June 1998. Marek then worked as a Layouter reklamní agentury at Young & Rubicam from June 1998 to May 2000. Marek also served as a Provozní at Pizzeria Persona from May 2000 to February 2003. Marek then worked as a Skladník at RM Gastro from February 2003 to April 2005. Marek joined CRA a.s. and worked as a Řidič from April 2005 to November 2008. Marek then transitioned to the role of Logistik interního skladu from November 2008 to July 2011. Marek also served as a Technik hardwarové a softwarové podpory zákazníka at CRA a.s. from July 2011 to June 2013. Marek briefly worked as a Servisní technik at PCNet cz from June 2013 to December 2013. Marek then joined BILLA, spol. s r.o. and held various roles including Expedient from June 2014 to August 2015, Lagersteuer from September 2015 to February 2017, and Vedoucí obalového hospodářství from March 2017 to April 2019. Marek then worked at HECHT MOTORS as a Vedoucí směny from April 2019 to February 2020 and as a Vedoucí úseku - Export from February 2020 to August 2020. Currently, Marek is working at Alza.cz a.s. and holds the position of Procesní logistik since August 2020, and recently took on the additional role of Operation Manager from July 2021.

Marek Šipka began their education in 1987 at Střední odborné učiliště v Jeseníku, where they studied as a strojní mechanik se zaměřením pro stroje a zařízení. Marek completed their studies in 1990 and obtained the degree of vyučen. Marek then pursued further education at ESO Euroškola Praha from 2013 to 2015, focusing on obchodní podnikání. Additionally, in September 2013, they obtained certifications in AWSP - RDD08 Lenovo Desktop Systems Hardware Service Training and AWSP - RTD08 Lenovo Notebook Systems Hardware Service Training from Lenovo Training Solutions.
